We are pleased to introduce DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services as a one-stop partner for all of your legalisation requirements in the Republic of Ireland. We have in-house experts with vast experience in all forms of legalisation and offer various packages depending on the specific requirements of your customers.
DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services are agents in most government organisations in the Republic of Ireland, as well as being registered with an extensive range of official entities such as An Garda Síochána (the national police service), the CRO (Companies Registration Office), the Medical Council of Ireland, etc. This enables us to be able to request documents on behalf of the customers, including Criminal Records, duplicates of Vital Records, tax documents, company registration documents, educational certificates, medical qualification and many more. DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services will make contact with the above entities, and obtain all documents which your client requires for further legalisation. Our fees for this service are normally €50, plus any fees which the requesting authority might charge, as an example there is generally a small fee from the CRO etc.
Notary Certification
Many of these documents will require a second layer of certification so if for example an academic diploma is requested, a true copy of the original may also need to be arranged from a Notary. DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services have both an inhouse notary as well as an inhouse solicitor so if any documents need to be certified by Notary we can offer a special price of €25 per true copy certification and €10 for a solicitor. We also have inhouse certification of translations which are priced at €10 per translation certificate.
Apostille legalisation
DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services are agents for the Department of Foreign Affairs, and arrange Apostille certifications on a daily basis. The government fees for Apostille legalisation are always €40 per document, and in addition to this DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services apply a fee of €50. This cost covers us bringing the document to the Department of Foreign Affairs, dealing with any issues and then bringing the document back. The cost does not include return postage. Please note that this fee however is per service, not per document. Therefore if you have four documents which your client needs Apostille legalisation for, the Government fee would be €40 time four which is €160 for the four documents, but the fee from DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services remains €50. This gives our potential partners the opportunity to charge their clints more, while keeping their cost down.
Consular Legalisation
DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services can deliver documents to any Embassy, including the United Arab Emirates, China, Vietnam, Egypt etc, in the Republic of Ireland for Consular legalisation. We can also arrange Consular legalisation for countries who do not have an Embassy in the Republic of Ireland, by sending the documents to the relevant Embassy in London through our London office. The DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services fees here range from €50-€100 depending on which Embassy is involved and on the complexity and amount of time spent. In certain Embassies, such as the Chinese Embassy and the Russian Embassy, the documents need to be delivered and collected in person, resulting in the job taking up to 4 to 5 hours and the higher fee of €100 being applied. Once again the charge from DocsBase Apostille & Consular Legalisation Services is per job and not per document. In addition to our fee there is generally a fee from the Embassy which may vary, for the Chinese Embassy for example the fee is generally €24 per document for Consular legalisation.
These services would normally have a higher cost value but we are delighted to offer these discounted rates to our potential partners with the intention of building a long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationship. We look forward to hearing from you and discussing how we can work together on Legalisation requirements in the Republic of Ireland.
